Community Information

Schools exist within communities. A community is a group of people living or working in the same place. It is made up of the people who live there or belong to it. The people of a community make it what it is. Their choices and actions can help make a community a positive place.

Western House encourage children to look at the community within school and beyond. 

Whole School Community Project

As part of our summer whole school PBL focus, the children worked with an artist, Jon Ralphs, to define what is community at WHA. We created a whole school community mural - have a look below:
