Dear Mrs Snowden,

 I would like to take this opportunity to recognise the exemplary pastoral care provided by you and your fantastic team. As you are aware xxxx was diagnosed with generalised anxiety and had been struggling for the past year. Some days just getting xxxx through the school gates was extremely challenging and leaving xxx crying was tough, but I always had the confidence that xxxx was being left in a safe environment where xxx wellbeing was the utmost priority for the school. Mrs Gregory is an amazing support structure for the children and she always goes over and beyond to tailor whatever support the children require. She is an invaluable asset to Western House and without her support I don’t feel xxxx would have progressed as much as xxx has. Having a collaborative approach between parents and the school is pivotal as continuity and consistency of support both at school and home is fundamental. Saying ‘Thank you’ just does not seem enough, but we really appreciate the patience, diligence and care that as been extended to both xxxx and her family!

Thank you Mrs Greggory, you are legend and keep up the amazing work! Thank you Mrs Snowden and Western House Academy, you should be very proud!

Good Evening Mrs Snowden,

What a fantastic event you organised to bring us parents to the school again.

My twins XXXXX in 2 Charlotte and XXXXX 2 Elizabeth were over the moon to see us there today, this was our first sports day as parents.  We  enjoyed the day as much as the children !  We thought you were going to have a race  too !!! Maybe next time ! 

Thank you again for making such precious memories for the children and us parents.  You  are an amazing lady.

Good Afternoon Mrs Snowden,

I just wanted to say how much my family and I enjoyed our children’s sports day today.
It was so well organised and run and you could clearly see how much time and effort had gone in to setting it all up.
The children looked so happy taking part and was a lovely touch for them to receive medals and stickers after each race.
The mum, dad and toddler races were so much fun and such a lovely way to end the morning.
An all round fantastic day for the parents and children to be together and I can’t wait for next years already

Hello Mrs Snowden 

I hope you’re well and had an enjoyable weekend. 

I just want to say a huge thank you for organising the camping trip for year 5, as preparation for their residential. My daughter stayed away from home and family for the first time last Thursday. It was all super organised, down to the lovely list of things to bring, to help the parents. Xxx had an amazing time, she had so much to share and is now excitedly looking forward to her residential. 

Thank you to you and all those involved in making their camping trip a huge success. Can tell a lot of hard work went in to it by many, including Mr Snowden who did the bbq.

Good afternoon Mrs Snowden
I hope you are keeping well.
I would like to thank your wonderful staff who have been fantastic with xxxx, understanding and keeping xxx safe and reassured at all times.
As xxx anxiety is peaking, we have all noticed the change in xxx, and your staff members have been so lovely, and very very compassionate with both myself and with xxxx.
My husband and I appreciate all the help we have received. I was very pleased to have had a call from Ms. Gregory this week when xxxx returned to school on Wednesday, she has kept me informed at all times, and was very happy to have been asked where xxxx would like to enter the school that particular morning. I felt very reassured when I had a call from her updating me on how xxxx was that morning, and a further call on Thursday just to say how he was getting on.
I admire all your staff for their efforts, not just in teaching but on the well being of all their pupils. It makes parents feel assured their children are being kept safe.

Please can I personally thank Mrs Kearney, Miss Hocking, Ms Gregory and Mr Brennan for their continued support not just to xxxx but to me too.

I have just read an email sent to parents that Mrs Snowden is sadly unwell with COVID.  Our whole family family would like to wish Mrs Snowden a speedy recovery.  We sincerely hope she would not be affected by this nasty virus.  My daughter always says what a kind and children friendly headteacher Mrs Snowden is.
