10 by 10

At WHA experiential learning is a key part of the curriculum we offer.  In addition to trips to enhance and support our curriculum, we want all our children to experience 10 memorable experiences by the age of 10.

The classroom is an effective simulation of the real world. However, experiential learning argues that when learning is put into a real-life situation it becomes more powerful. This supports the idea that in order to prepare children effectively for life, we need to give them memorable experiences.
