Thursday 7th May

Good morning. We hope that you have a good day. Look out for your teacher's letter on the website later today to find out what they have been up to. Tomorrow is a bank holiday and we will not be setting work for you. We hope that you enjoy celebrating VE Day. Remember to take care and stay safe.

Write the alphabet – can you write a boys or girls name next to each letter that starts with that letter. Ask your family to help you if you get stuck!

Wednesday 6th May

Good morning. Please go onto the School Lockdown Challenge section (where you see the Year 1 shield) and you will see that there is a surprise video there for you all. It is the one with Mr Robinson at his piano - take a look and let us know what you think.

Tuesday 5th May

The weather is going to get better this week so that is something for us to look forward to. Have you tried any of the '100 Challenges' yet. Have a look as there are lots to pick from and Mrs Parmley would love to see photos of you doing them - don't forget that there are a few spaces for you to add to it. Just message Mrs Parmley and she will add it to the list. Have a lovely day.

Create your own healthy plate. You could use collage/felt pens … or you could use real food. What would be on the plate? Why have you chosen these things? Don’t forget to add some labels!

Can you find some items around your house that start with the diagraph ‘ch’? Can you sound out the word and spell the word?

Monday 4th May
