Congratulations to Holli in Year 6 who created the winning menu for Pabulum's British Food Festival Competition. 

Holli beat the competition with her inspired menu of vegetable muffin with mash potato lolly. The dish was served as a lunch option on 13th October.

Holli spent time in the kitchen with Chef Andrei and Chef Aston preparing and cooking her dish.
